Kansas High School Softball - Santa Fe Trail bounces West Franklin

April 4, 2022: Pomona, KS 66076

Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Santa Fe Trail Chargers (Carbondale, KS) and the host West Franklin Falcons (Pomona, KS), witnessed Santa Fe Trail's softball squad prevail over West Franklin by a count of 15-4.

The Chargers (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Osawatomie (Osawatomie, KS). The Trojans go into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Osawatomie notched a victory over Anderson County (Garnett, KS), 18-4, in a non-league battle.

The Falcons now possess a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Chase County for a Flint Hills battle on Friday, April 8. West Franklin will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 14-4 non-league win over Marais des Cygnes Valley (Melvern, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
