The Poteau Pirates crushed the host Spiro Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 9-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wister for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 6. Poteau will face a Wildcats team coming off a 19-2 non-league win over Howe (Howe, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-2.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Eufaula Ironheads (Eufaula, OK) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 10. Spiro will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record.
