The Branham Bruins volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Christopher Cougars to 1 in the Bruins league victory on Tuesday.
The Bruins now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host James Lick for a non-league game on Thursday, April 6. Branham will meet a Comets team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA). The Comets record now stands at 0-8.
The Cougars (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Evergreen Valley (San Jose, CA). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 8-1 record. In their last game, Evergreen Valley nipped Leigh (San Jose, CA), 2-1, in a league game.
