The Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Cheyenne Desert Shields to 1 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mojave for a game on Thursday, April 6. Somerset Sky Pointe will meet a Rattlers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Valley (Las Vegas, NV). The Rattlers record now stands at 5-0.
The Desert Shields (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV). The Grizzlies enter the game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Spring Valley was nudged by Desert Oasis (Las Vegas, NV), 2-0, in a league game.
