North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Hickory overwhelms Watauga

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC) and the host Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC), saw Hickory's lacrosse team top Watauga by a margin of 13-3.
The Red Tornadoes (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 8-7 record. In their last challenge, Lake Norman Charter was overwhelmed by South Iredell (Statesville, NC), 18-7, in a league challenge.
The Pioneers (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Stephens (Hickory, NC). The Indians enter the NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills challenge with a 4-6 record.
