In Tuesday's league test, the host Ledyard Colonels lacrosse squad scored a good 14-2 victory over the Wheeler Lions.
The Colonels now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Waterford for a non-league test on Thursday, April 6. Ledyard will face a Lancers squad coming off a 17-7 non-league win over Montville (Oakdale, CT). The Lancers record now stands at 2-0.
In their next game, the Lions face the Bacon Academy Bobcats (Colchester, CT) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 6. Wheeler will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Bobcats come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 12-11 league loss to Waterford (Waterford, CT).
