In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Harleton Wildcats softball squad scored a good 15-0 win over the Bloomburg Wildcats.
The Wildcats now sport a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they host Harts Bluff for a 2A Region III District 18 match on Thursday, April 6. Harleton will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to Linden-Kildare (Linden, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-12.
With the loss, Bloomburg falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to McLeod (McLeod, TX) to face the Longhorns in a 1A Region III District 18 match on Thursday, April 6. The Longhorns enter the match with a record of 4-2. McLeod won 9-2 in their recent league match against Bowie (Simms, TX)
