The The Woodlands Highlanders routed the host Conroe Tigers softball squad by a count of 9-1 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Highlanders (17-10) will now prepare for their battle against Grand Oaks (Spring, TX). The Grizzlies go into the 6A Region II District 13 battle with a 16-11 record. In their last battle, Grand Oaks was routed by Willis (Willis, TX), 4-3, in a league battle.

The Tigers now sport a 15-7 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Ridge for a 6A Region II District 13 battle on Thursday, April 6. Conroe will meet a War Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to New Caney (New Caney, TX). The War Eagles record now stands at 15-8.
