In Tuesday's league contest, the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) softball team the visiting East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC), by a score of 7-4.
Coming up next, the Falcons clash with the South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 5. West Rowan will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 7-6 record after their 8-4 league win over West Cabarrus (Concord, NC).
The Mustangs (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Concord (Concord, NC). The Spiders come into the South Piedmont 3A test with a 0-11 record. In their last test, Concord was routed by West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC), 15-0, in a league test.
