Orting Cardinals (Orting, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Foss Falcons (Tacoma, WA), 28-5 in a league challenge.

The Cardinals now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Steilacoom for a 2A South Puget Sound challenge on Monday, April 10. Orting will battle a Sentinels squad coming off a 28-1 non-league loss to Black Hills (Tumwater, WA). The Sentinels record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Foss falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Franklin Pierce (Tacoma, WA) to battle the Cardinals in a 2A South Puget Sound challenge on Monday, April 10. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a record of 2-3. Franklin Pierce won 8-7 in their recent league challenge against Fife (Fife, WA)
