George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX), 12-2 in a league challenge.

The Longhorns now own a 15-8 record. They take the field next when they host Fort Bend Bush for a 6A Region III District 20 challenge on Thursday, April 6. George Ranch will battle a Broncos squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 4-12.

With the loss, Ridge Point falls to 19-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX) to battle the Knights in a 6A Region III District 20 challenge on Thursday, April 6. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 11-12. Fort Bend Elkins lost 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX)
