Rhode Island High School Softball - Hope loses to Mt. Pleasant

The Mt. Pleasant Kilties softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Hope Blue Wave to 4 in the Kilties league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Mt. Pleasant improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Kilties travel to Juanita Sanchez Complex (Providence, RI) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Division 4 game on Tuesday, April 18. The Cavaliers come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Blue Wave clash with the Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties (Woonsocket, RI) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 10. Hope will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Mounties go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 17-0 league win over Rogers (Newport, RI).
Game Summary
Mt. Pleasant Played an exceptional game. There pitching was a key concept for the game, and their bats were amazing. Hope had a few great plays in the field, and were able to get out of an inning where the bases were loaded.
