The Lake Minneola Hawks softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Ridge Community Bolts to 0 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Lake Minneola moves its record to 7-8 on the year. The Hawks host South Lake (Groveland, FL) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, April 7. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 5-12. South Lake lost 1-0 in their recent non-league game against Auburndale (Auburndale, FL)
In their next game, the Bolts clash with the Celebration Storm (Celebration, FL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 6. Ridge Community will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Storm come into the game with a 0-8 record after their 19-10 non-league loss to Tohopekaliga (Kissimmee, FL).
