The Meyersdale Red Raiders softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Rockwood Rockets to 0 in the Red Raiders league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Meyersdale moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Red Raiders travel to Northern (Accident, MD) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league game on Thursday, April 6. The Huskies come into the game with a record of 0-3. Northern lost 14-0 in their recent non-league game against Allegany (Cumberland, MD)

In their next game, the Rockets clash with the Shade Panthers (Cairnbrook, PA) in a Western Pennsylvania - Southern game, on Thursday, April 13. Rockwood will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
