In their next game, the Bears play the Como-Pickton Eagles (Como, TX) in a 1A Region III District 17 contest, on Friday, April 7. Sulphur Bluff will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 25-2 record after their 10-0 league win over Alba-Golden (Alba, TX).
