The Pamlico County Hurricanes softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Princeton Bulldogs to 3 in the Hurricanes non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Pamlico County improves its record to 12-2 on the year. The Hurricanes host Currituck County (Barco, NC) to clash with the Knights in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 11. The Knights come into the game with a record of 5-4. Currituck County lost 3-2 in their recent league game against Holmes (Edenton, NC)

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the East Wake Academy Eagles (Zebulon, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 13. Princeton will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 3-6 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC).
