The Purcell Dragons baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Little Axe Indians to 0 in the Dragons non-league victory on Thursday.
The Dragons (12-16) will now prepare for their match against Lexington (Lexington, OK). The Bulldogs go into the 3A District 1 match with a 11-9 record. In their last match, Lexington gained a win over Marietta (Marietta, OK), 12-9, in a non-league match.
The Indians (0-15) will now prepare for their match against Lexington (Lexington, OK). The Bulldogs go into the 3A District 1 match with a 13-10 record. In their last match, Lexington gained a win over Destiny Christian (Del City, OK), 9-1, in a non-league match.
