The Laguna Beach Breakers lacrosse team scored 20 points and held the visiting Sage Hill Lightning to 4 in the Breakers non-league win on Thursday.
The Breakers (12-1) will now prepare for their game against Edison (Huntington Beach, CA). The Chargers go into the Sunset Surf game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Edison prevailed over Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA), 17-11, in a non-league game.
The Lightning (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Portola (Irvine, CA). The Bulldogs go into the Pacific Coast game with a 7-6 record. In their last game, Portola was overwhelmed by Beckman (Irvine, CA), 10-5, in a league game.
