The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Narragansett Mariners (Narragansett, RI) and the visiting Burrillville Broncos (Harrisville, RI), saw Narragansett's lacrosse team achieve victory over Burrillville by a margin of 6-2.

The Mariners (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI). The Huskies come into the Division 3 battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Mt. Hope was overwhelmed by Westerly (Westerly, RI), 11-3, in a league battle.

In their next game, the Broncos clash with the Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI) in a Division 3 battle, on Tuesday, April 9. Burrillville will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Chieftains come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 14-0 league loss to Smithfield (Esmond, RI).
