Fountain Lake Cobras (Hot Springs National Park, AR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host ESTEM Mets (Little Rock, AR), 24-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Cobras now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dardanelle for a 4A Region 4 challenge on Friday, April 5. Fountain Lake will face a Sand Lizards squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Mena (Mena, AR). The Sand Lizards record now stands at 2-11.

With the loss, ESTEM falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Mets travel to Mills University Studies (Little Rock, AR) to face the Comets in a 4A Region 5 challenge on Friday, April 5. The Comets enter the challenge with a record of 0-3.
