Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Fulton Jaguars (Van Nuys, CA), 18-1 in a league challenge.

The Vipers now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sherman Oaks CES for a Valley challenge on Monday, April 8. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences will battle a Knights squad coming off a 24-14 league win over Vaughn (San Fernando, CA). The Knights record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Fulton falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to East Valley (North Hollywood, CA) to battle the Falcons in a Valley challenge on Monday, April 8. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 0-4. East Valley lost 20-0 in their recent league challenge against Northridge Academy (Northridge, CA)
