The Grand County Red Devils softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Monticello Buckaroo to 1 in the Red Devils league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Grand County moves its record to 5-4 on the year. The Red Devils travel to San Juan (Blanding, UT) to clash with the Broncos in a 2A Central game on Tuesday, April 9. The Broncos come into the game with a record of 6-3. San Juan won 22-6 in their recent league game against North Sevier (Salina, UT)

In their next game, the Buckaroo clash with the Altamont Longhorns (Altamont, UT) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 9. Monticello will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Longhorns come into the game with a 7-2 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to South Summit (Kamas, UT).
