New Braunfels Christian Academy Wildcats (New Braunfels, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Hill Country Christian Rams (San Marcos, TX), 9-4 in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to San Marcos Academy for a TAPPS Division IV District 4 challenge on Friday, April 12.

With the loss, Hill Country Christian falls to 7-1 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Keystone (San Antonio, TX) to face the Cobras in a TAPPS Division IV District 4 challenge on Thursday, April 18. The Cobras enter the challenge with a record of 0-5.
