The Stuarts Draft Cougars routed the host Waynesboro Little Giants softball squad by a count of 12-5 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Cougars (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Staunton (Staunton, VA). The Storm go into the Shenandoah battle with a 1-4 record.
The Little Giants now sport a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Staunton for a non-league battle on Friday, April 5. Waynesboro will meet a Storm squad coming off a 18-0 league loss to Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA). The Storm record now stands at 1-3.
