The Beaufort Eagles (Beaufort, SC) baseball the visiting Bishop England Battling Bishops (Charleston, SC), 6-2 in Friday's league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to May River for a 4A Region 7 challenge on Monday, April 7. Beaufort will clash with a Sharks team coming off a 12-8 league win over Bluffton (Bluffton, SC). The Sharks record now stands at 7-5.
With the defeat, Bishop England drops to 9-6 on the year. The Battling bishops travel to Colleton County (Walterboro, SC) to clash with the Cougars in a 4A Region 7 challenge on Monday, April 7. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 2-10. Colleton County lost 6-3 in their recent league challenge against Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC)
