The Warriors come into the match with a record of 15-6. Pontotoc won 7-6 in their recent non-league match against Mooreville (Mooreville, MS)

The Wildcats now have a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Hope for a 5A Region 1 match on Tuesday, April 8. Clarksdale will battle a Trojans team coming off a 12-1 league loss to Lafayette (Oxford, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 11-7.
