North Carolina High School Baseball - White Oak loses to Dixon

Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting White Oak Vikings (Jacksonville, NC), 8-2 in a league match.

With the triumph, Dixon moves its record to 5-7 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to New Bern (New Bern, NC) to confront the Bears in a non-league match on Saturday, April 5. The Bears come into the match with a record of 7-6. New Bern lost 3-2 in their recent league match against D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC)

The Vikings now possess a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northside - Jacksonville for a non-league match on Monday, April 7. White Oak will confront a Monarchs squad coming off a 9-4 league loss to J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC). The Monarchs record now stands at 3-10.
