The East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC), 15-5 in Friday's league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they host Davie for a Central Piedmont 4A challenge on Tuesday, April 8. East Forsyth will clash with a War Eagles team coming off a 8-0 league loss to Reagan (Pfafftown, NC). The War Eagles record now stands at 6-10.
With the defeat, Mount Tabor drops to 2-10 on the year. The Spartans travel to East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 7. The Cardinals go into the challenge with a record of 9-6. East Surry won 12-2 in their recent league challenge against North Wilkes (Hays, NC)
