North Carolina High School Baseball - Enka defeats McDowell

The Enka Jets baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host McDowell Titans to 2 in the Jets league win on Friday.

The Jets now hold a 4-9 record. They take the field next when they host West Henderson for a non-league test on Monday, April 7. Enka will play a Falcons team coming off a 13-2 non-league loss to A.C. Reynolds (Asheville, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 8-6.

With the defeat, McDowell drops to 7-7 on the year. The Titans travel to Erwin (Asheville, NC) to play the Warriors in a The Mountain 3A/4A test on Monday, April 7. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 4-8. Erwin lost 10-0 in their recent league test against T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC)
