The Giles County Bobcats (Pulaski, TN) baseball trounced the visiting Rocket City Rockets (Ardmore, AL), 17-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Bobcats now own a 7-12 record. They take the field next when they host Marshall County for a 3A District 8 challenge on Monday, April 7. Giles County will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Forrest (Chapel Hill, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 6-12.

With the defeat, Rocket City drops to 11-7 on the year. The Rockets travel to Heritage Christian (Pawnee, AL) to clash with the Angels in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 11. The Angels go into the challenge with a record of 5-1.
