The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Niskayuna Silver Warriors (Niskayuna, NY) and the visiting Guilderland Flying Dutchmen (Guilderland Center, NY), saw Niskayuna's baseball team gain a win over Guilderland by a tally of 11-6.

The Silver Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Colonie Central (Albany, NY). The Wolfpack enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Colonie Central was overwhelmed by Shaker (Latham, NY), 7-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Flying Dutchmen face the Bethlehem Central Eagles (Delmar, NY) in a Section 2 Suburban - Blue battle, on Monday, April 7. Guilderland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 17-3 non-league loss to Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY).
