The GVCS Broadfording Lions (Hagerstown, MD) baseball the host Musselman Applemen (Inwood, WV), 6-4 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Lions now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jefferson for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 5. GVCS Broadfording will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 7-1 league win over Spring Mills (Martinsburg, WV). The Cougars record now stands at 9-1.
With the defeat, Musselman drops to 3-7 on the year. The Applemen travel to Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 7. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 3-2. Loudoun Valley won 8-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Broad Run (Ashburn, VA)
