The Heritage Generals baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting LaFayette Ramblers to 4 in the Generals league win on Friday.

The Generals now hold a 15-8 record. They take the field next when they host Northwest Whitfield for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8. Heritage will play a Bruins team coming off a 6-0 league win over Ridgeland (Rossville, GA). The Bruins record now stands at 14-10.

With the defeat, LaFayette drops to 12-11 on the year. The Ramblers travel to Adairsville (Adairsville, GA) to play the Tigers in a AAA Region 7 test on Tuesday, April 8. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 12-7. Adairsville lost 4-3 in their recent league test against Heritage (Ringgold, GA)
