The Hewitt-Trussville Huskies baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Vestavia Hills Rebels to 3 in the Huskies non-league win on Friday.
The Huskies now own a 25-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oak Mountain for a 7A Area 6 test on Monday, April 7.
With the defeat, Vestavia Hills drops to 18-6 on the year. The Rebels host Hoover (Hoover, AL) to play the Buccaneers in a 7A Area 6 test on Monday, April 7. The Buccaneers go into the test with a record of 17-12.
