New Mexico High School Baseball - San Juan wallops Kirtland Central

April 4, 2025: Kirtland, NM 87417

The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the San Juan Broncos (Blanding, UT) and the host Kirtland Central Broncos (Kirtland, NM), saw San Juan's baseball team gain a win over Kirtland Central by a tally of 14-1.

The Broncos (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Grand County (Moab, UT). The Red Devils enter the 2A East battle with a 7-10 record. In their last battle, Grand County prevailed over North Sevier (Salina, UT), 4-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Broncos face the Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM) in a 4A District 1 battle, on Tuesday, April 8. Kirtland Central will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 7-9 record after their 12-9 non-league loss to Chinle (Chinle, AZ).
