The Mary Persons Bulldogs (Forsyth, GA) baseball trounced the visiting Spalding Jaguars (Griffin, GA), 10-0 in Friday's league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 9-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fayette County for a AAA Region 2 challenge on Saturday, April 5. Mary Persons will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 16-1 league loss to LaGrange (LaGrange, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-18.
With the defeat, Spalding drops to 8-14 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA) to clash with the Wildcats in a AAA Region 2 challenge on Tuesday, April 8. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 16-8. Whitewater won 6-3 in their recent league challenge against Trinity Christian (Sharpsburg, GA)
