The Pepperell Dragons (Lindale, GA) baseball trounced the visiting Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA), 10-0 in Friday's league challenge.
The Dragons now own a 18-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trion for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 8. Pepperell will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Darlington (Rome, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-6.
With the defeat, Model drops to 21-3 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Heard County (Franklin, GA) to clash with the Braves in a A D1 Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 8. The Braves go into the challenge with a record of 7-15. Heard County lost 11-8 in their recent league challenge against Bremen (Bremen, GA)
