North Carolina High School Soccer - Woods Charter knocks off Ascend Leadership

The Woods Charter Wolves soccer squad scored 9 points and held the host Ascend Leadership Aviators to 0 in the Wolves league victory on Friday.
The Wolves now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Clover Garden School for a Central Tar Heel 1A bout on Monday, April 7. Woods Charter will play a Grizzlies squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC). The Grizzlies record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, Ascend Leadership moves to 1-6 on the year. The Aviators host Triangle Math & Science (Apex, NC) to play the Tigers in a Central Tar Heel 1A bout on Monday, April 7. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-7. Triangle Math & Science lost 8-1 in their recent league bout against Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC)
