Glenvar Highlanders (Salem, VA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Patrick County Cougars (Stuart, VA), 6-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Glenvar moves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Carroll County (Hillsville, VA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Three Rivers test on Monday, April 7. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 4-0. Carroll County won 4-0 in their recent league test against Alleghany (Covington, VA)

The Cougars now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Radford for a Three Rivers test on Wednesday, April 9. Patrick County will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Pulaski County (Dublin, VA). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-2.
