The North Davidson Black Knights baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Asheboro Blue Comets to 0 in the Black Knights non-league win on Friday.

The Black Knights now own a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wesleyan Christian Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, April 5. North Davidson will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 9-8 non-league win over High Point Christian Academy (High Point, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, Asheboro drops to 0-13 on the year. The Blue comets travel to Ledford (Thomasville, NC) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 9-6. Ledford lost 9-0 in their recent non-league test against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC)
