The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Fowler Redcats (Fowler, CA) and the host Caruthers Blue Raiders (Caruthers, CA), saw Fowler's baseball team gain a win over Caruthers by a tally of 12-3.

The Redcats (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Dinuba (Dinuba, CA). The Emperors enter the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Dinuba prevailed over Lemoore (Lemoore, CA), 7-6, in a league battle.

Next, the Blue Raiders face the Mendota Aztecs (Mendota, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 12. Caruthers will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Aztecs enter the battle with a 0-6 record after their 5-3 non-league loss to Riverdale (Riverdale, CA).
