North Carolina High School Baseball - South Point loses to Crest

April 4, 2025: Shelby, NC 28152

In Friday's non-league bout, the Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC), by a tally of 12-6.

Next up, the Chargers encounter the North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 8. Crest will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 0-6 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Maiden (Maiden, NC).

The Red Raiders (6-8) will now prepare for their bout against Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC). The Mountaineers enter the non-league bout with a 4-4 record. In their last bout, Kings Mountain edged North Gaston (Dallas, NC), 7-0, in a non-league bout.
