The Leominster Blue Devils baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Westborough Rangers to 1 in the Blue Devils non-league win on Friday.
The Blue Devils now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Algonquin Regional for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 9. Leominster will play a Titans team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Wachusett Regional (Holden, MA). The Titans record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Westborough drops to 0-1 on the year. The Rangers travel to Hudson (Hudson, MA) to play the Hawks in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 9. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 0-1.
