In Friday's league contest, the host Queensbury Spartans lacrosse squad scored a good 16-6 triumph over the Scotia-Glenville Tartans.

The Spartans (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against South Glens Falls (South Glens Falls, NY). The Bulldogs go into the Section 2 Foothills contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, South Glens Falls knocked off Scotia-Glenville (Scotia, NY), 22-11, in a league contest.
