The Lynn Bears softball team scored 17 runs and held the host Addison Bulldogs to 1 in the Bears non-league win on Friday.

The Bears now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Meek for a non-league battle on Friday, April 4. Lynn will confront a Tigers team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Hubbertville (Fayette, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Addison moves to 6-13 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Athens Bible (Athens, AL) to confront the Trojans in a 1A Area 16 battle on Monday, April 7. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 10-9. Athens Bible lost 4-3 in their recent non-league battle against Kate Duncan Smith DAR (Grant, AL)
