The Barbers Hill Eagles overwhelmed the visiting Lee Ganders softball squad by a count of 10-0 in Friday's league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the Beaumont United Timberwolves (Beaumont, TX) in a challenge, on Tuesday, April 8. Barbers Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 24-2 season record.
The Ganders (1-13) will now prepare for their challenge against SA Roosevelt (San Antonio, TX). The Rough Riders go into the non-league challenge with a 0-13 record. In their last challenge, SA Roosevelt was routed by Johnson (San Antonio, TX), 18-0, in a league challenge.
