Biggersville Lions (Corinth, MS) supporters left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, MS), 10-8 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Biggersville improves its record to 7-9 on the year. The Lions travel to Alcorn Central (Glen, MS) to play the Bears in a non-league game on Saturday, April 5. The Bears enter the game with a record of 10-10.
The Bulldogs now hold a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Independence for a non-league game on Monday, April 7.
