The D'Arbonne Woods softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Claiborne Christian Crusaders to 0 in the non-league win on Friday.
The now possess a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Simsboro for a non-league battle on Monday, April 7. D'Arbonne Woods will confront a Tigers team coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Choudrant (Choudrant, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 16-9.
With the loss, Claiborne Christian moves to 7-12 on the season. The Crusaders host Gibsland-Coleman (Gibsland, LA) to confront the Bulldogs in a C District 1 battle on Tuesday, April 8.
