The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Clear Lake Falcons (Houston, TX) and the host Dickinson Gators (Dickinson, TX), observed Clear Lake's softball team get by Dickinson by a final score of 4-2.

The Falcons (14-5) will now prepare for their bout against Deer Park (Deer Park, TX). The Deer go into the 6A Region III District 24 bout with a 18-6 record. In their last bout, Deer Park tipped Clear Brook (Friendswood, TX), 16-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Gators battle the Brazoswood Buccaneers (Clute, TX) in a 6A Region III District 24 bout, on Tuesday, April 8. Dickinson will attempt to better on its 7-19 season record. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a 13-12 record after their 14-7 league loss to Clear Springs (League City, TX).
