Washington High School Softball - Hazen succumbs to Sammamish

April 4, 2025: Renton, WA 98059

In Friday's league test, the Sammamish RedHawks (Bellevue, WA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Hazen Highlanders (Renton, WA), by a tally of 18-3.

Next, the RedHawks clash with the Woodinville Falcons (Woodinville, WA) in a 4A KingCo test, on Monday, April 7. Sammamish will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Falcons go into the test with a 7-3 record after their 6-4 non-league win over Bothell (Bothell, WA).

The Highlanders (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Inglemoor (Kenmore, WA). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Inglemoor was routed by North Creek (Bothell, WA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
